Dunes Golf Centre in Fraserburgh is an ambitious, innovative company with a passion for serving and inspiring people in the local community. We are seeking to appoint an individual with similar values for the position of Full Time Cafe Staff on a permanent basis plus Relief Kitchen Assistant Duties when needed.  

No previous experience is needed as full, on the job, training will be provided but the ideal candidate must possess the following attributes: • Enthusiastic • Be a team player • Know the value of a smile • Enjoy speaking to people • Confident using technology (ipads) • Passionate about delivering a positive, enjoyable experience for customers and fellow work colleagues • Own transport to get to and from work  

Duties will include • Food and beverage service • Preparation and cleaning of dining areas • Washing up and cleaning • Assisting the head chef with food preparation when needed • Taking payments from customers • Booking customer tables in the online diary  

Hours 26-30 hours per week (more may be available) for 4 or 5 days spread over 7 days a week and usually 9.30am to 4.30pm. Applicants must be available 7 days a week. An example working week would be: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (each day 9.30am to 4.30pm) Exact days will be subject to change but rotas are made out 6 weeks in advance.
