Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our standard policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us (complete with any tags and packaging intact) with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. Note: this does not apply to special orders and custom orders.
We have extended the return period for items bought as Christmas Gifts up to the end of January 2019.
All returns must be accompanied by a gift receipt or till receipt as proof of purchase.
Any items bought at a discount through our Black November Sales and other offers will only be exchanged/credited for the price that was paid, no matter what they are swapped for.
Items may be exchanged for different sizes/colours from items that are in stock only.
Non-stock items that have to be ordered in may incur additional fees due to postage and small order costs incurred.
